Mindful Meditation Podcast at UCLA

UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) offers free podcasts on meditation and mindfulness. Diana Winston, Director of Mindfulness Education at MARC, heads these podcasts along with guest leaders. The sessions cover hundreds of topics, as well as goals. You can stream the podcasts in both iTunes and the MARC website.

Fantastic Free Podcasts

Great resources from UCLA. The podcasts are free and it gives you a taste of what you would get if you opt for their online classes - which I just did as part of my 2018 resolutions :)
